2. Sports
In the field of sports, our students have distinguished themselves by being selected at the District, State and National level in the Athletics and Archery areas. Boys have been awarded prizes with total amount of more than Rs. 23 Lakh till date for their excellent performance in KHEL MAHAKUMBH - a sports event conducted by the Govt. of Gujarat.
In the year 2014-15, our school hosted Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) Sports Meet of five Districts of North Zone across the Gujarat state. Our school grabbed first position in the entire North Zone.
State level Eklavya Society Annual Sports Competition 2014-15 of all four zones of Gujarat State was conducted at District Sports Complex at Rajpipla, Dist – Narmada from 05th to 07th February, 2015. Our Cadet Ram Singh Rathva of class 10th was adjudged State Champion of Gujarat EMRS Sports for the year 2014-15 and awarded with the overall Trophy of the Best Sportsperson as per details mentioned below:-
• 1st in 100 Meter Run.
• 2nd in Javelin Throw.
• 2nd in Relay Race.
The various accolades achieved by our cadets in Sports Field are mentioned below:
Cadets of our School consecutively bagged 2 - Gold Medals, 3- Silver Medals and 1- Bronze Medal in National Archery competition in the year 2013-14 and 1- Silver Medal and 1- Bronze Medal in the year 2014-15.
The NCC contingent of the school has achieved best position at district level in the year 2013-14.
Cadet Jaydeep Ninama of Class 10th represented Gujarat State in the (NCC) National Rifle Shooting Competition at New Delhi in the year 2012-13.
Our 5 Cadets represented in TSC (Thal Sena Camp) 2018 Gujarat NCC Directorate and won Bronze Medals in the Inter Directorate Shooting Competition at New Delhi.
3. Cadet Ramsinh Rathava of Class 10th represented Gujarat State in the 19th National Children Science Congress at Jaipur from 27 to 31 Dec 2011.
4. Eco Club of our School secured first position at Taluka level for consecutive three years in 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15.
5. 56 Cadets of our School demonstrated their talent skills before the Hon’ble Governor of Gujarat on 19 Jan 2015.
6. Our School band which took part in the Republic day celebrations in the district Arvalli was highly appreciated.
7. Asia Book of Record in Naturopathy
A grand record was created in which 702 individuals singularly participated in the Mass Naturopathy Bath programme on 30 Nov 2019.
8. Cadt. Aksh Ninama of class 8A AY 2022-23 participated in National Level Science Seminar at Modasa, Gujarat and represented Arvalli District at Science City, Ahmedabad in the State Level Competition organized by National Council of Science Museum- Mumbai, Gujarat Council of Science & Technology- Gandhinagar.
9. BHARAT VIKAS PARISHAD Patriotic Group Song Competition: Cadets of classes 10, 11 and 12 participated in State Level Patriotic Group Song Competition in Ahmedabad and represented North Gujarat Zone at Gandhinagar and secured 1st Position.
10. School Band Competition: School Band of 50 cadets of Surya Eklavya Sainik School participated in Rashtriya Ekta Diwas competition at Zone Level and represented Arvalli district on River Front Sabarmati, Ahmedabad under the august presence of Hon’ble Home Minister “Harsh Sanghavi”.
11. NCC Belguam Camp: Out of 110 cadets of All Gujarat NCC Directorate, 10 JD cadets of 34 Gujarat Battalion, 4 GUJ VV Nagar Group were selected to be a part of Trekking Camp held at Belgaum, Karnataka. The camp constituted as one of the feathers of National Integration Camp.

Students of Surya Eklavya Sainik School has contributed in the field of Army, Police, MBBS, BHMS, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Graduation and Post-Graduation in all disciplines of Engineering &Technology, Science, Computers, Gujarat Public Service Commission, numerous Govt. and Private jobs, Nursing, ITI, Sports coaches etc. Our alumni have brought wonderful result and ultimately achieved the goal of employment in their chosen fields.
